Culp Fiscal Q4 Loss Widens, Sales Fall
Jun 27, 2024 2:40 PM

05:10 PM EDT, 06/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Culp ( CULP ) reported a fiscal Q4 loss late Thursday of $0.39 per diluted share, wider than a loss of $0.38 per share a year earlier.

A single analyst polled by Capital IQ expected a loss of $0.45.

Net sales for the quarter ended April 28 fell to $49.5 million from $61.4 million a year earlier.

A single analyst surveyed by Capital IQ expected $49.7 million.

"While macro demand is expected to remain challenged in [Q1 of fiscal 2025], pressuring year-over-year sales results, the company does expect its consolidated net sales for [Q1] to be moderately higher as compared sequentially," Culp ( CULP ) said.
