Curanex Pharmaceuticals Shares Fall in Nasdaq Debut

11:09 AM EDT, 08/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Curanex Pharmaceuticals (CURX) shares fell in their Nasdaq debut on Tuesday after the company priced its initial public offering of 3.75 million common shares at $4 each.

The stock fell 1.7% to $3.93 in recent trading after opening at $3.80.

The IPO is expected to close on Wednesday.
