10:45 AM EST, 12/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Curis ( CRIS ) filed a shelf registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday covering the potential resale of roughly 2.4 million shares by certain stockholders.

Curis ( CRIS ) said it is not selling any securities and will not receive any proceeds from the sale by selling stockholders.

Curis ( CRIS ) shares were more than 11% higher in recent trading.
