Currency Exchange International Unit Signs Referral Agreement with Agility Forex
Mar 27, 2025 7:44 AM

10:27 AM EDT, 03/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Currency Exchange International ( CURN ) entered Thursday into a referral agreement with Agility Forex, a British Columbia-based provider of foreign payments exchange services.

Under the terms, CXI subsidiary Exchange Bank of Canada (EBC) will refer selected employees and their payment customers in Canada to Agility Forex.

"We are optimistic that our referral agreement for select EBC employees and their corporate payment clients is the best outcome for our customers, employees and EBC stakeholders as well as CXI shareholders," said Randolph Pinna, CEO of CXI and EBC.

CXI said its long-term outlook remains positive due to its focus on its growing businesses in the U.S., citing the expected cost savings and anticipated additional new product growth in the U.S. market.

CXI noted that EBC is winding down its business operations in Canada.
