The current order book of the company stands at Rs 2,900 crore, said Anil Agrawal, Managing Director, Kridhan Infra Ltd, after its associate Vijay Nirman Company (VNC) won an order worth Rs 180 crore.
Speaking to CNBC-TV18, Agrawal said, "The current order book of the company stands at Rs 2,900 crore. Pending order book to be executed and the current Rs 180 crore order is to be executed in 15 months."
Agrawal said Kridhan Infra Ltd has 41% stake in VNC, which is based in south India and revenue will go up with consolidation of the subsidiary.
Taking about promoter holding, Agrawal said, "We did a qualified institutional placement (QIP) in December 2017 for Rs 120 crore, diluting around 15% of stake and that is why the shareholding has come down."
“We are not looking at diluting any further, because we are decently funded. We are on very low debt equity ratio, so I hope we should be able to manage with the current order book in hand,” he further added.
