Current way of consumer data handling needs alterations, says Mastercard CMO

"Marketers must use the ethical lens in the debate on how to use consumer data" -- that's the word coming from the Global CMO of Mastercard, Raja Rajamannar, who also serves as the president of the World Federation of Advertisers (WFA).

He made this comment while talking in the context of his new book, 'Quantum Marketing' -- the book spotlights the crisis facing marketers today.
