08:43 AM EDT, 05/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Curtiss-Wright ( CW ) said Wednesday its board has authorized an additional $400 million for share repurchases, bringing the total authorization to $534 million.

The company said it expects to minimally repurchase $66 million in shares in 2025.

The board also increased the quarterly dividend to $0.24 per share from $0.21. The dividend is payable July 7 to stockholders of record as of June 16.
