Curtiss-Wright Expands Share Buyback Program by $200 Million; Dividend Maintained

04:47 PM EDT, 09/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Curtiss-Wright ( CW ) said late Wednesday it expanded its 2025 share repurchase program by $200 million, bringing total expected buybacks for the year to more than $450 million.

The company maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.24 per share, payable on Oct. 10 to stockholders of record on Sept. 26.
