Analysts polled by FactSet, on average, expected $3.12.
Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $876.6 million, up from $784.8 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $852 million.
For 2025, the aerospace company raised its adjusted EPS projections to $12.70 to $13 from $12.45 to $12.80 and its revenue outlook to $3.39 billion to $3.44 billion from the prior range of $3.37 billion to $3.42 billion.
Analysts are looking for $12.80 and $3.40 billion.
Shares of the company were down 1% in recent after-hours activity.
