09:22 AM EDT, 08/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Curtiss-Wright ( CW ) said Friday that its UK-based Curtiss-Wright Nuclear unit has signed a multi-million dollar partnership with Rolls-Royce SMR.

The company said its unit will provide design, qualification, testing, and supply of reactor protection systems for a fleet of Rolls-Royce small modular reactors.

Curtiss-Wright ( CW ) said the reactor protection systems will be designed and implemented at the unit's facility in Dorset, UK.

Shares of Curtiss-Wright ( CW ) were down more than 1% in recent Friday premarket activity.
