Cushman & Wakefield Re-Prices $990 Million of Term Loan Due 2030, Trims SOFR Plus Interest Rate by 25 Basis Points

09:47 AM EST, 01/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cushman & Wakefield ( CWK ) said Thursday it has repriced $990 million of its term loan issued in January 2023 and maturing in 2030, reducing its applicable interest rate by 25 basis points to the term secured overnight financing rate plus 2.75%, from term SOFR plus 3.00% previously.

All other terms of the term loan are substantially unchanged, the commercial real estate services company said.
