04:28 PM EDT, 10/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cushman & Wakefield ( CWK ) said late Thursday its shareholders have approved proposals to shift the company's place of incorporation from England and Wales to Bermuda.

The commercial real estate services firm said votes in favor of the "Redomiciliation" ranged from 95.22% to 99.99% across resolutions considered at a pair of shareholder meetings held earlier in the day.

Cushman & Wakefield ( CWK ) said it now plans to complete the legal and regulatory steps required to implement the change and expects to close the process on Nov. 27. However, the timeline could shift depending on when all closing conditions are met or waived, it added.
