05:35 PM EDT, 10/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Custom Truck One Source ( CTOS ) reported fiscal Q3 loss late Monday of $0.03 per diluted share, narrowing from a $0.07 loss a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.02 loss.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $482.1 million, up from $447.2 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $492.4 million.

For fiscal 2025, the company reaffirmed its revenue guidance of $1.97 billion to $2.06 billion.

Analysts are looking for $2.01 billion.

Shares were down around 9.4% in recent after-hours trade.
