05:24 PM EDT, 03/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- CVB Financial ( CVBF ) and Heritage Commerce ( HTBK ) said late Thursday that each of their respective shareholders has voted to approve their planned deal, under which CVB will acquire Heritage in an all-stock deal valued at $811 million.

Upon the receipt of regulatory approvals and satisfaction of closing conditions, the companies said they expect to close the deal in Q2.
