08:45 AM EDT, 10/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CVS Health's ( CVS ) pharmacy division said Wednesday it has completed its acquisition of certain Rite Aid assets nationwide.

In all, CVS Pharmacy said it has acquired and is operating 63 former Rite Aid and Bartell Drugs stores in Idaho, Oregon, and Washington

The company said it has also acquired the prescription files of 626 former Rite Aid and Bartell Drugs pharmacies in 15 states, representing nine million customers.

CVS Pharmacy has hired more than 3,500 former employees of Rite Aid and Bartell Drug, according to a statement.
