04:30 PM EST, 11/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CVS Health ( CVS ) said Thursday its board has elected its president and chief executive David Joyner as chair, starting Jan. 1, 2026.

Joyner was appointed president and CEO in October 2024, the company said.

Roger Farah, who is currently serving as executive chair of the board, will continue to serve on the board, the company added.
