01:06 PM EDT, 08/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CXApp ( CXAI ) said Monday it has appointed Joy Mbanugo as chief financial officer, effective immediately.

The company said Mbanugo previously served as CFO at ServiceRocket.

Shares of CXApp ( CXAI ) were up 7.5% in recent trading.
