11:52 AM EDT, 04/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CXApp ( CXAI ) said Monday that it signed partnership and development agreements with Alphabet's (GOOG, GOOGL) Google Cloud as part of the planned launch of its CXAI software-as-a-service platform.

The agreements cover an artificial intelligence partnership, Google's ( GOOG ) provision of advanced services to power the platform's cloud-mobile experience, and adding the CXAI application platform to Google's ( GOOG ) marketplace, with a go-to-market partnership agreement, CXApp ( CXAI ) said.

No financial terms were disclosed.

CXApp ( CXAI ) said it expects the first deployment of its CXAI platform in the summer.
