Cybin to Transfer Listing to Nasdaq From NYSE American

08:39 AM EST, 12/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cybin ( CYBN ) said Thursday that it will voluntarily transfer its listing to the Nasdaq Global Market from the NYSE American.

Cybin ( CYBN ) said it expects its common shares will cease trading at the NYSE American at market close on Jan. 4 and start trading on Nasdaq at market open on Jan. 5.

Upon trading on Nasdaq, the company said it will trade under its new ticker symbol "HELP."
