09:40 AM EDT, 07/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals ( CYCC ) said Wednesday that it will implement a 1-for-15 reverse stock split that will take effect Monday.

The reverse stock split will reduce the number of shares to over 1.5 million from about 23.8 million shares.

Shares of Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals ( CYCC ) were down over 26% in recent early trading.
