With the very severe cyclonic storm, Titli gaining strength in the Bay of Bengal and Met department forecasting wind speed of 80-100 kmph in Bhubaneswar, low-cost carrier Indigo on Wednesday cancelled five flights for Thursday.
The cancelled flights include two for Delhi, one each for Kolkata, Bengaluru and Mumbai. According to airport authorities, there would be no night parking for flights at the Biju Patnaik International Airport on Wednesday.
According Met, Titli will landfall between 5.30 am and 6:00 am on Thursday near Gopalpur in Ganjam district, Odisha.
