07:58 AM EDT, 07/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cyngn ( CYN ) said Thursday it has expanded its dealer network to include Alta Equipment Group ( ALTG ).

Alta Equipment ( ALTG ), a construction and material handling equipment seller, will now offer Cyngn's ( CYN ) DriveMod Tugger, an autonomous vehicle service combined with Motrec's MT-160.

The company said it plans to expand its dealer network by adding more distribution and integration partners.

Shares of the company rose more than 53% in recent premarket trading.
