12:33 PM EDT, 06/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cyngn ( CYN ) shares jumped more than 345% in recent Thursday trading after the company said it is partnering with Nvidia (NVDA) on autonomous vehicle solutions for industrial applications.

Cyngn ( CYN ) said its autonomous vehicles built on Nvidia Isaac are already operating in commercial environments.

Separately, the company said it has entered into a $15 million registered direct offering with a single institutional investor.

The offering includes about 2.99 million common shares or prefunded warrants priced at $5.01 each. The prefunded warrants are immediately exercisable.

Cyngn ( CYN ) said proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.

The offering is expected to close around Friday.
