Cytokinetics Closes $500 Million Stock Offering

04:38 PM EDT, 05/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cytokinetics ( CYTK ) said Tuesday it has closed its underwritten public offering of about 9.8 million shares at $51 per share for gross proceeds of about $500 million.

Shares of Cytokinetics ( CYTK ) were up 1% in after-hours activity.

Price: 48.70, Change: +0.49, Percent Change: +1.02
