04:18 PM EDT, 09/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cytokinetics ( CYTK ) said late Tuesday that it intends to offer $550 million of convertible senior notes due 2031 in a private placement to institutional investors.

The company said it may also grant initial purchasers an option to buy up to an additional $82.5 million of the notes.

Shares were down over about 2% during after-hours trading.
