Czechoslovak Group Reaffirms Commitment to Completing $2.15 Billion Acquisition of The Kinetic Group

03:16 PM EDT, 07/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Czechoslovak Group on Tuesday reaffirmed its "strong commitment" to completing the $2.15 billion acquisition of Vista Outdoor's ( VSTO ) The Kinetic Group.

Czechoslovak Group said it believes the "fully financed bid maximizes" value for Vista Outdoor ( VSTO ) shareholders and expects the deal to close early August.

Vista Outdoor ( VSTO ) did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
