DallasNews Closes $43.5 Million Sale of Texas Printing Facility

04:27 AM EDT, 03/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DallasNews ( DALN ) said late Thursday it has completed the sale of its printing facility in Plano, Texas, for $43.5 million.

The company intends to use part of the proceeds to fully fund its pension liabilities.
