Dana Appoints Byron Foster Chief Executive

08:39 AM EST, 02/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Dana (DAN) said Thursday it has appointed Byron Foster as chief executive officer, effective July 1.

He will succeed R. Bruce McDonald, who will remain as Dana's chairman, the company said.

Foster is currently senior vice president and president at Dana's Light Vehicle Systems subsidiary, according to the company.
