11:40 AM EDT, 06/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- DarioHealth ( DRIO ) said Wednesday it named Steven Nelson as chief commercial officer, effective immediately.

Nelson previously served as chief executive and president of Premier (PINC) unit Contigo Health, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

DarioHealth ( DRIO ) said Richard Anderson stepped down as president. The company plans to retain Anderson as a consultant and member of its advisory board, according to the filing.

DarioHealth ( DRIO ) shares were down nearly 3% in recent trading.
