DATA Communications Gets Green Light for Share Buyback

08:05 AM EDT, 06/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DATA Communications Management ( DCMDF ) on Tuesday said the Toronto Stock Exchange approved its share buyback.

The company can buy back up to 4.2 million common shares, 10% of the public float, for 12 months beginning on June 12.

Shares of the company closed unchanged at $1.72 on Monday on the TSX.
