08:42 AM EST, 02/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DATA Communications Management ( DCMDF ) on Thursday said it expects to report 2024 revenue of between $478 million to $480 million, and adjusted EBITDA of $62 million to $64 million

The company will report final financial results after the close of trading on March 12 and will hold a conference call with analysts on the following day.

The objective to return gross profit margins to +30% remains on track, it said. For 2024, that figure is expected to have been 27%, the company said.

"The actions we took during 2024 to accelerate the consolidation of our plant network, integrate our ERP and back-office systems, and harmonize our offerings to customers required a significant investment of time, resources, and attention by our teams," said Richard Kellam, president and chief executive. "These actions, along with decisions we made to exit certain low margin accounts, shifts in project timing for some large enterprise clients, and the Canada Post strike at year-end impacted our growth in 2024."
