Datasea Secures Agreement Related to Commercialization of Acoustic Smart Health Shoes

10:52 AM EDT, 09/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Datasea ( DTSS ) said Thursday that its variable interest entity in China, Shuhai Jingwei (Shenzhen) Information Technology, has signed a service agreement with smart health wearables company Hainan Zhixingjian Intelligent Technology.

Under the terms of agreement, Datasea ( DTSS ) will provide its proprietary acoustic health hardware and software solutions for adult and children's insoles for a technology service fees based on the cumulative production quantity of products, the company said.

Hainan Zhixingjian will pay Datasea ( DTSS ) about 9 Chinese yuan per pair ($1.26) of shoes produced, including a 1 Chinese yuan per pair or $0.14 fee for the mini-program usage, Datasea ( DTSS ) said, adding that if production crosses 1 million pairs, the fee will drop to 7 Chinese yuan or $0.98.

Datasea ( DTSS ) further said it expects to generate up to 7 million Chinese yuan in technology service fees during the contract period.

Shares of Datasea ( DTSS ) were down more than 4% in recent Thursday trading.
