Datasea Subsidiary Signs Deal to Expand 5G Services in China; Shares Rise

12:09 PM EDT, 03/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Datasea ( DTSS ) said Tuesday that its subsidiary Heilongjiang Xunrui Technology has signed an agreement to provide Xiamen Star Miracle Information Technology with 5G multimodal communication services in China.

Under the terms of the deal, which has an estimated value of $30 million, Xiamen Star Miracle can purchase 5G multimodal communication delivery services from Heilongjiang Xunrui Technology over a 12-month period, which began March 15.

"The agreement aligns with our mission to become a leading provider of digital technology solutions and our commitment to increase our market share in China's 5G multimodal communication services market," Datasea ( DTSS ) Chief Executive Officer Liu Zhixin said.

Shares of Datasea ( DTSS ) were up nearly 15% in recent Tuesday trading.
