05:10 AM EDT, 10/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Datavault AI ( DVLT ) reported late Thursday the full conversion of certain long-term notes with an aggregate original face value of $13.3 million, strengthening its balance sheet.

The conversion "supports the accelerated launch of our independent data exchanges and building out our supercomputing capabilities in cooperation with IBM," Chief Financial Officer Brett Moyer said.

On Sept. 25, the company reported securing a $150 million equity investment in bitcoin from Nasdaq-listed biotech company Scilex ( SCLX ) .
