09:57 AM EDT, 10/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Datavault AI ( DVLT ) said Tuesday it has signed a $2 million licensing deal with agriculture and environmental technology company Nature's Miracle.

Nature's Miracle will license Datavault AI's ( DVLT ) Carbon Credit Tokenization System, which will allow it to develop, distribute and commercialize blockchain-backed carbon credit services, the company said.

Besides the $2 million non-refundable license fee, Datavault AI ( DVLT ) said it will receive a 35% royalty on all gross revenue generated via the licensed technology.

Datavault AI ( DVLT ) shares were up past 6% in recent trading.
