11:20 AM EDT, 08/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Datavault AI ( DVLT ) said Friday it signed a definitive agreement to acquire CyberCatch in an all-cash deal valued at $94.5 million.

Datavault will pay $3.53 per share for roughly 26.8 million common shares, the company said.

CyberCatch Chief Executive Sai Huda will lead the San Diego-based unit and report to Datavault AI ( DVLT ) Chief Executive Nathaniel Bradley, Datavault AI ( DVLT ) said.

The software platform will provide cybersecurity risk mitigation and continuous compliance tools for existing products, the company said.
