Daura Gold Rises After Upsizing Private Placement to $6.5 Million

02:11 PM EDT, 09/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Daura Gold ( DGCOF ) shares rose 9.7% at last look on Thursday after it upsized a non-brokered private placement of share units to $6.5 million from $5 million.

The company will offer up to 26-million units priced at $0.25 each and made up of a share and one half of a two-year warrant to buy a share for $0.375.

Proceeds will be used for advancement of its exploration land package in the Ancash Department of Peru, including its flagship Antonella project and the Yanamina Project 40 kilometers north of Antonella, and for general working capital needs.

Shares of the company were last seen up $0.03 to $0.34 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
