07:18 AM EDT, 06/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DAVIDsTEA ( DTEAF ) , which rose 5.8% on Friday, over the weekend said Chair Jane Silverstone Segal received through a bequest from her late husband a controlling stake in Rainy Day Investments (RDI), which owns 45% of DAVIDsTEA ( DTEAF ).

The shares held by Herschel Segal, Silverstone Segal's late husband, will be transferred to her in due course, a statement said.
