DaVita Launches $750 Million Senior Note Offering

09:16 AM EDT, 05/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DaVita ( DVA ) said Tuesday it has commenced a $750 million private offering of senior notes due 2033.

Net proceeds will be used to repay revolving credit facilities, as well as related interest and costs, the company said. Any remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

DVA shares were 1.4% lower in recent premarket activity.
