05:52 PM EDT, 08/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- DaVita ( DVA ) said Thursday it priced a $1 billion private offering of 6.875% senior notes due 2032.

The company said it expects to close the offering on Aug. 13.

Net proceeds from the private offering will be used to repay a portion of its outstanding term loan B-1 facility and a portion of its outstanding revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes, according to the company.
