11:08 AM EDT, 03/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Daxor ( DXR ) said Monday that it has agreed to acquire global rights and intellectual property to manufacture from its existing supplier for Volumex and Megatope from Iso-Tex Diagnostics.

The company said it has also acquired the exclusive rights to Glofil, a drug measuring glomerular filtration rate, that Iso-Tex has been selling to its customers directly.

Daxor ( DXR ) said it expects the acquisitions to be cash flow positive and accretive to earnings, adding that the deals have been structured with seller-provided financing on favorable terms.

The company also said no payments will come due until manufacturing is fully transitioned to Daxor ( DXR ) over the next 6-9 months, with transaction value to be paid in monthly installments over two years.
