Day One Biopharmaceuticals Files Shelf for Share Sale by Stockholders

05:50 PM EDT, 08/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Day One Biopharmaceuticals ( DAWN ) filed a shelf registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission covering the potential sale of up to about 12.1 million shares by some shareholders from time to time.

The statement covers about 10.6 million shares held by certain selling stockholders and around 1.5 million shares issuable upon exercise of some pre-funded warrants, the filing showed.

Day One shares were down about 3.4% in after-hours activity.
