Cappellanti-Wolf will report to Chief Executive David Ossip and will be responsible for managing people operations and strategies across the company's global operations. She brings extensive experience driving global business growth through talent and organizational development, workforce engagement and inclusivity, and operational efficiencies, Dayforce ( DAY ) said in a statement.

Cappellanti-Wolf was most recently chief human resources officer at Cohesity, in AI-powered data security and management. She previously served in senior HR leadership roles at Symantec, Cisco, Walt Disney Imagineering, and Frito-Lay.
