April 2 (Reuters) - Rupert Murdoch's News Corp ( NWSA )

on Wednesday said it completed the sale of its Australian

cable-TV business Foxtel to British-owned sports network DAZN in

a A$3.4 billion ($2.14 billion) deal.

($1 = 1.5883 Australian dollars)
