04:58 PM EDT, 09/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DBV Technologies ( DBVT ) said late Friday it has filed a prospectus supplement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission to issue up to $150 million American depositary shares, with each ADS representing five ordinary shares from time to time.

This at-the-market offering replaces DBV's earlier ATM program initiated in 2022, the company said.

The company said it intends to use the proceeds to fund regulatory efforts, the potential launch of VIASKIN Peanut patch for toddlers, pipeline development, and general corporate purposes.
