09:14 AM EDT, 06/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- DCC said Wednesday that it has received "a series of further proposals" from the KKR (KKR) and Energy Capital Partners consortium since April 30, including the most recent offer of 66.72 British pounds ($89.34) in cash per share.

DCC said its board intends to engage in discussions with KKR and Energy Capital to "explore the revised proposal in further detail and allow for the Consortium to complete a limited period of confirmatory due diligence."
