May 2 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2100 GMT on Friday:

** U.S. private equity firm Carlyle Group has sold its

entire 10.44% stake in India's PNB Housing Finance via

block deals, according to an exchange filing.

** Willis has acquired specialty credit insurance

brokerage CFS International, based in Irvine, California.

** North Sea-focused oil producer EnQuest ( ENQUF ) will

not make an offer for UK's Serica Energy ( SQZZF ), the companies

said, as the two could not agree on favourable terms in time

amid market volatility.

** Business payments firm Corpay Inc ( CPAY ) said on

Friday it was in talks with Alpha Group International

about a possible cash offer for the UK-based financial services

provider.

** Texas-based insurance agency TWFG ( TWFG ) has acquired Paul

Mears Insurance Group in North Carolina and Denise Davis

Insurance in Texas, bringing owner Denise Davis aboard as vice

president of retail operations at TWFG ( TWFG ).

** Australia's antitrust regulator began an informal review

of Lactalis' proposed bid for Fonterra's assets on the block,

even though the French dairy giant said it had not signed any

deal with the New Zealand-based firm.

** Lactalis, the world's largest dairy group, is interested

in international investments but has not signed an agreement to

buy parts of New Zealand-based dairy giant Fonterra, it said

following reports it was considering an offer.
