June 3 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Monday:

** Thai entertainment platform GMM Music said Tencent ( TCTZF )

and Tencent Music Entertainment ( TME ) will acquire

a 10% stake in the company for $70 million, solidifying its

spin-off plan.

** Blackstone raised its offer for Hipgnosis Songs

Fund ( HPGSF ) by a cent to $1.31 per share, valuing the music

rights owner of artists such as Shakira and Red Hot Chili

Peppers at $1.58 billion.

** APM Human Services International ( APMHF ) said it would

be bought by U.S.-based private equity firm Madison Dearborn

Partners (MDP) in a deal valuing the Australian company's equity

at A$1.3 billion ($865.2 million).

** Waste Management is nearing a deal to buy medical

waste disposal company Stericycle ( SRCL ) for roughly $7

billion, including debt, the Wall Street Journal reported on

Sunday.

** Skydance Media's revised offer to buy Shari Redstone's

family company National Amusements and merge with Paramount

Global ( PARAA ) gives the company's nonvoting shareholders an

option to cash out at a premium, the Wall Street Journal

reported on Sunday.

** Nippon Steel's ( NISTF ) vice chairman plans to return to

the United States this week for more talks over the proposed

acquisition of U.S. Steel and would study selling some

assets if necessary for the deal to go through.
