June 13 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on

Thursday:

** Australia's competition regulator flagged major concerns

with Sigma Healthcare's ( SIGGF ) proposed merger with retailer

Chemist Warehouse Group to form a A$8.8 billion ($5.9 billion)

company.

** Australia's Qantas Airways ( QUBSF ) said it will acquire

the remaining 49% stake in online travel business TripADeal for

A$211 million ($140.6 million), as the airline seeks to

capitalize on strong demand for holiday bookings.

** Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE) has acquired

U.S. cinema chain Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, the companies said on

Wednesday, in a move that will give the studio control over

movie distribution.
