July 8 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Monday:

** Skydance Media and Paramount Global ( PARAA ) agreed to

merge, the companies announced late on Sunday, scripting a new

chapter for one of Hollywood's oldest studios.

** The Grifols family and Canadian fund Brookfield have

agreed to launch a joint takeover bid for Spanish drugmaker

Grifols with the intent to delist it, the company said

in a regulatory filing.

** Carlsberg has agreed to buy British soft

drinks maker Britvic ( BTVCF ) for 3.3 billion pounds ($4.23

billion) and buy out UK pub group Marston's from its

joint venture with the Danish brewer, in a bid to create a UK

beverage company.

** Attica Bank, Greece's fifth largest lender,

announced an initial agreement to merge with the smaller

Pancretan Bank in an effort to clean up its balance sheet and

create a new banking organisation.
